in this video I’m going to show you three healthy breakfast ideas but all gluten-free maybe you’re trying to go gluten-free or maybe you’re already following a gluten-free diet the three gluten free breakfast recipes that i love and they’re also suitable options for if you’re trying to lose weight or get into fellowship hey guys this little game today I’m going to show you three very easy gluten free breakfast ideas and other when I decided to start eating gluten free and really know what to eat or something like what am I supposed to eat for breakfast suffered today our share three gluten free breakfast ideas that were really really easy and they’re all very free and sugar free outdoor so I really hope that you enjoy them [Music] first we’re going to be making apple or email this is a some ideas next we’re going to make what i like to call my classic strawberry and banana smoothie be this recipe is really simple and super delicious i love so much I’m going to start by adding one banana two Glenda you can use fresh or frozen on ads good cost and helps to make the sweetie sweet and creamy and if you don’t like ‘banahna then 1 cup of chopped mango will also work well enough next I’m adding half a cup of sliced strawberries you can actually use mixed berries if you want to and then I’m adding two thirds of a cup of time crooked yogurt which I like to the dairy free alternatives because follow dairy free diet but you can also use plain cream regular yogurt if you want to or another yoga of your choice and one sort of an ever color also works instead of the argus just in case you don’t like it at all so you can use avocado then I’m throwing an offensive grande vanilla powder and some cinnamon flavor and could there really good for you you can easily use vanilla extract instead of the part of these are optional but i highly recommend using at least tournament it really makes the flavors pop and really good you next I like to add some protein i’m using mushroom omelet but it is so good this is a one pot or should I think one pan meal and i’m going to show you how easy it is to make the first i’m going to make the filling I thought that adding half to 1 teaspoon of macadamia not all to my frying pan you can actually use another good cooking oil and i’ll add 1 cup of hot baby tomatoes and one cup of five but mushrooms to my pan and a therm Italian her because italian herb are amazing and they make pretty much anything that’s good pretty much any favorite food and then some sea salt and black pepper and then i’ll just put that around the stores over medium heat for a few minutes i’m also going to add a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice and tossed around then I’ll put the filling of fat in a bowl will make the on Mitchell ok this part is to be easy just crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk them up with a fork you can actually use a whisk obviously that a folks does the job to have given up had a quick rinse and i’m adding
